All the first natural and organic cosmetic products for well-known private label brands in Germany, such as Alverde, Alterra, Terra Naturi, and Cien Nature, are based on his expertise in product development.
Heinz Jürgen Weiland was involved in the launch of the BDIH-certified natural and organic cosmetic label, which is now part of the COSMOS-certified natural and organic cosmetic label. He also served on the board of NATRUE during its early years, where he chaired the scientific committee. For over 30 years, he has been a member of scientific associations that support research and development in cosmetics (DGK, Sepawa, BDIH, BNN) and has worked on several patents in the field of natural and organic cosmetic products.
Since 2017, he has been running his own natural cosmetics brand, Ayluna Naturkosmetik, with his wife Aynur, bringing to life his vision of natural cosmetics that harmoniously blend Western and Eastern cultures.
Thanks to his expertise, he has made a significant contribution to the standardization and promotion of organic cosmetic products in the international market.
